This instruction book provides an ideal paper trail for onsite instructions to minimise professional-client misunderstandings. It offers an ideal tracking mechanism for instructions that are recorded by the site foreman and signed and dated by the instructing party.
The original copy of instructions is intended for the site office, the duplicate for the surveyor’s job file and the triplicate is retained in the book. The original copy consists of a grid that facilitates the drawing of sketches and diagrams.
